If you reside outside the EU/EEA/CH, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus for any dispute related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Site.
