Acteon announces a new structure to further accelerate its growth in offshore renewables. Three new customer-focused service divisions: Data and Robotics; Engineering, moorings and foundations; and Energy Services represent a further step in implementing the strategy Acteon unveiled in 2021 to provide services with demonstrable business and environmental benefits that help enable the energy transition.
“This new structure better aligns our service offering to better meet customer needs in the offshore renewable energy space,” said Carl Trowell, Acteon Group Managing Director. “The simplification of Acteon’s structure and the bringing together of key business units will also accelerate our ability to innovate and provide new services relevant to the energy transition.
Acteon’s new organizational structure will streamline and support an ambitious R&D and technology innovation program driven by its segments and business units. This will place Acteon’s services at the forefront of the industry and prioritize innovation, efficiency and closer collaboration with its customers.
The group’s latest digital technologies, robotics and remote capabilities will be showcased at Acteon Technology Days in Houston on April 28-29, 2022. The event, in the form of an open house, will allow new divisions to exhibit their latest technologies and present presentations and live demonstrations.
